We have a number of initiatives for tenants that focus on environmental issues like kitchen waste, recycling, organic farming and more.

We work to create social initiatives that connect our tenants with each other and with the wider community.

The 2021 White Christmas Street Fair was the first physical event to be fully designed and run by students from the Swire Properties Placemaking Academy.
