For more than 50 years, Swire Properties has adopted, advocated and adhered to a philosophy of responsible development. Our SD 2030 Strategy is built on five strategic pillars: Places, People, Partners, Performance (Environment) and Performance (Economic), premised on a creative mindset of innovation and experimentation and promoted through communication and engagement.

Growing Partnerships to Drive SD Impacts for all Stakeholders

Our Green Performance Pledge and Green Kitchen Initiative grew in strength, and we launched a new initiative called the Green Retail Partnership.

Our Continuing Journey Towards Net-Zero

We made outstanding progress towards our Science-based Targets, achieving a 40% reduction of absolution carbon emissions compared to 2019.

Our green financing continues to expand. ~70% of our current bond and loan facilities are from green financing. We issued about HKD6.9 billion in green bonds this year.
