# Swire Properties Sustainability Report 2025 > The 18th annual Sustainability Report of Swire Properties Limited, covering the Company's sustainable development vision, strategy and performance across its global property portfolio for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. Swire Properties is a leading property developer and manager in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland. The Company has adopted a philosophy of responsible development for more than 50 years. Its SD Strategy is built on five strategic pillars — Places, People, Partners, Performance (Environment) and Performance (Economic) — premised on innovation, experimentation and stakeholder engagement. In 2025, the Company concluded its SD 2030 Strategy's 2025 targets and unveiled the new SD 2050 Vision: "Building the World's Most Sustainable Communities."
